“When B. J. Pinkerton discovers she has ESP, she decides to go into the fortune telling business. The crystal ball arrives by mail, then the horoscopes and books to develop her “natural talent”.  B.J. pursues her talent feverishly.  She conjures up cures for evil and provides spiritual warnings which backfire.  Not one person in her family is left untouched by her dubious powers.  Even Willie, her dog, is enrolled in the Happy Kennels Obedience School, and flunks.  (It was in the stars for a sensitive Leo like Willie!)
She has become a jinx and a bother.  Then an episode with a black cat and midnight robbers is the last straw, “there’ll be no more hocus-pocus in this house”, declares her mother.  An end to ESP for B.J.?  She’s just getting warmed up!”
