Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or misreading (on the part of the customer) of product description.  In special cases a refund of item only may be issued.  All postage costs will remain with customer.

Full refunds (including postage) will be issued if item is misrepresented, or out of stock at time of purchase.

We will endeavor to work with the customer and Australia Post, in the event of missing parcels, for refunds to customers.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address supplied by us, via email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
