“In 1981 when I began cake decorating, cutters were just making an appearance.  Although they were available, there were no instructions.  In order to use them it was necessary to work out feasible methods for creating other than tiny little biscuits! Fortunately, I had some previous background in artificial flowers, and so perhaps had a head start.  In 1987 it culminated in the writing of my first book Cutter Class Flowers for Australian Cake Decorating.”
