'Soviet intelligence stumble upon an Anglo-American plan to use deep hypnotic implantation on Chick Kerr, and Englishman currently employed as a minor courier at the British Embassy in Moscow. The Russians make other plans to recover the top secret information from the depths of Kerr's subconscious mind.
